Refund Policy

We believe you will not have a reason for return or exchange of SPRUHA's clothes. However, if you do need to exchange or need a refund , please follow the steps below.

Please inspect the product on receipt and raise any exchange/refund requests within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Please make sure that the product is as received and has not been used. It would be nice to have the packing also.

​

Send a mail to support@spruhadesigns.com giving details of the purchase and the reason for exchange / refund.

​

The courier charges to send the apparel back to us ,is to be borne by you.

​

Only in case of exchange / refund due  to damage in the piece/s , the courier charges will be borne by spruhadesigns.com and the fresh piece will be shipped free of cost.

On receipt of the product , we will notify you on whether the item qualifies for an exchange/refund or not.

​

On refund requests for which the products clear the requirements , refund will be initiated immediately. The credit process may take between 2 to 7 days of initiating the refund.
