Shipping Policy

Shipping charges: A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 is applicable on all orders within Chennai, Tamil Nadu. A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 75 is applicable on all outside Chennai orders.

These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.

Spruhadesigns reserves the right to modify the shipping charges on orders at any point without prior intimation.

Estimated delivery time: 

Shipping will be done within 2 -3 working days of receiving the order.

During Covid lockdown delivery is subject to MHA and state government guidelines. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).

* Shipping time may increase for third party shipments.

In the case of unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control, Spruhadesigns is not liable and would request its users to cooperate with us. Also, Spruhadesigns reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s).

Address change: In case of request for change of delivery address as compared to given address at time of order, Spruhadesigns will try its best to accommodate the request, if the change is possible and the order has not been shipped. Spruhadesigns is not liable for changes requested post order placement.

Hidden Charges (Sales tax, etc):  The final price will be given during checkout. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.

International Locations: Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India.
